John Waco brings more than 33 years of dental industry experience to ddsmatch. From his start as a dental hygienist in the United States Air Force, Fairchild, WA, to his most recent role, Equipment/Technology Specialist, John has made a career out of helping dentists. As a ddsmatch professional, John represents doctors in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. He lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with his wife and they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. They also enjoy boating Lake Coeur d’Alene, Priest and Pend Oreille.

Q: What does DDSmatch do exactly?
JW: DDSmatch handles practice sales, practice mergers, dental partnership agreements, associate placements, and dental office appraisals. I am a real estate broker, so I can also assist with dental practice real estate sales in many cases. We also work with other business professionals and have an extensive team of attorneys, accountants, lenders, and appraisers to ensure the smoothest transition possible.

JW: In addition to being in the “dental trenches”, with clinical “hands-on” knowledge, plus extensive sales and negotiation experience, I know the industry and landscape, as I have traveled the Northwest territory exclusively. Q: What motivates you?
JW: For me, motivation is knowing that I am helping dentists preserve their legacy! From experience, I know that the only way to serve your customers is to intentionally listen to their concerns and needs. DDSmatch’s only priority is to serve the dentist and that makes it easy to do my job.
